XENA VS. REN SHEP
There’s nothing more exhilarating than saving the universe as a heroic Paragon Shep, but she’s specially formulated to get along with just about any other well-meaning good guy. You can also play Shep as a totally manipulative and aggressive brigand. Renegade Shep. Sure you’re still saving the universe, but you’re gonna do some drug deals, treat people cruelly, possibly be a space xenophobe, prey on the desperation of others, and just use your power and strength as a weapon against the very people you are ostensibly protecting.
Xena spent a fair amount of her younger years being a nightmare warlord, but by the time we meet her at the start of her show, she’s trying to earnestly reform. She has chosen to stop using her immense strength to crush the weak and instead fights on their behalf as an act of penance. Seeing a mirror of her former self in Renegade Shep would get her chakram throwing and scissor kicking in no time!
